Collection and retention of personal data

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the nature of our business.

Names, phone numbers, addresses, and organization numbers are stored in an Excel file. Email addresses are stored in our email program (Active Campaign). Personal data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations and legal requirements. We retain personal data that is necessary for us to fulfill agreements with you as a customer or supplier and to comply with security and regulatory requirements.

When we process personal data for the mentioned purposes, we rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining business relationships and communicating with you as a contact person about our business and events.
